As Senior Art Director at Sportsman Cap & Bag, I helped lead the company’s inaugural internal marketing department, driving creative strategy and content development for both co-op and in-house brands. I developed marketing campaigns and brand assets that contributed to measurable sales growth while streamlining production timelines to improve overall team efficiency. My role also included managing high-quality content across sales portals and collaborating closely with our merchandising team to ensure marketing initiatives aligned with business goals, brand standards, and budget objectives.
